Sardina is a small town located in the northwest of Gran Canaria. The village is famous for its beautiful buildings painted in different colors. Blue, red, yellow houses and greenhouses of banana plantations stand out against the background of brown volcanic rocks. The city offers two small but pleasant beaches with light-brown volcanic sand.
One of the biggest attractions in the area of Sardina is the lighthouse, northwest of the city.
