The wooden chapel of St. John of Nepomuk in Lubieszów was built in the second half of the 18th century. From the front, it is open with a rectangular cutout and openwork ornaments. The roof is covered with shingles, with a tower with a bell. Inside the chapel stands a baroque sculpture of St. John of Nepomuk made of sandstone.
Legend has it that after the great flood that hit Lubieszów, the sculpture of St. John of Nepomuk was found. According to this legend, a chapel was built in the place of finding.
