Border areas are a place where nationalities, language and customs mix. Petrovice u Karviné is a fairly large Czech village on the border with Poland, which is very positive proof of the above thesis. You can easily speak here in Czech, Polish or English and the inhabitants are very friendly.
It is worth coming here by bike or car to relax and eat well in Chateau Petrovice. The Chateau is surrounded by a small but well-kept park.
